Animation director, graphic artist, and art teacher. He finished his studies at the Academy of Arts and Crafts in 1994, at the faculty of animation and video. During his carrier, Tamás made animation shorts, television series and commercials, drawn- and 2D computer animations. Since 1995, he teaches animation and creative design thinking. He is a member of the board of ASIFA (Association International du Film d’Animation) since 2005, joined KOKSZ Műhely in 2013 and MUOSZ in 2014. He is the head of Illyes Academy of Arts Faculty of Animation. He is an organizer of the International Day of Animation since 2005. In 2012, together with Anna Ida Orosz, founded Primanima World Festival of First Animations, and ever since he is the creative director of the event. He holds animation workshops regularly in Hungary and abroad as well (Filmtett workshop, LifeAd, Katowice/Poland, Nicosia/Cyprus, Peja/Kosovo, Dubai/Arab Emirates, New York/USA – Magyar Ház, etc.) He received the “Sárga Csikó” – “Yellow Colt” Award, for the contribution to numerous Transylvania filmmaker’s and animator’s carrier. Currently he is the festival director of Primanima and the creative director of BABtér.
